Jointly developed by Mizuno and Golf Partner, who understands the problems faced by golfers
Starting in 1933 with its first domestic forged irons, Mizuno has produced irons that incorporate cutting-edge technology as well as a form and feel acknowledged by tour pros around the world, including the clubs in its TN and MP series.
Bringing the world's first titanium driver to market in 1990, the manufacturer continues to make advances in wood clubs as well, developing drivers with trajectory-adjustment features that have now been adopted by many other club makers.
Together with Golf Partner, who is constantly listening to the voices of customers in its stores, Mizuno launched the SURE DD brand specifically to solve the problems that golfers face.
The SURE DD Concept
To enable golfers to reliably conquer their weaker clubs and shots, this design uses a new approach that focuses on the golfer's senses rather than being fixated on conventional numbers (existing designs). The evolution in performance that it achieves allows players to hit their shots with confidence--anytime and anywhere.

SURE DD Features
- Single-length design that is easy to swing and connect with
- Clubs in the SURE DD series have a single length for each type. While each club within a given category is different, their identical length makes them easy to swing without pressure, which simplifies the process and allows the golfer to achieve reliable distance with each of them.
What is the SURE DD series "single length"?
- All fairway woods have the length of a 7W
- All multi-irons have the length of a 7UT
- All shooting irons have the length of an 8-iron
- All wedges have the length of an AW

- Bevel and keel sole *Except for the wedges
- The bevel on the leading edge reduces misses and allows for a smooth follow-through by controlling the resistance of the grass.
The keel is designed to divert water and maintain directionality in situations that often result in misses, such as deep rough, fairway bunkers, bare ground, and inclines.
